In the meantime, here's some information about me:
 Let
me take some time to introduce myself. I am Gary Michal and
have been a long time resident of the Charlotte area, most
recently Huntersville. I am married and have two children
that have grown up in the Charlotte area. I am originally
from the Chicago area but relocated - one of 3 times - to
Charlotte for business purposes back in 1992, and have never
regretted the decision. You can call me a “relocation
expert”. I have acquired an impressive knowledge of
local attractions, fine entertainment, schools, business
climate, and the real estate market and consider myself a
valuable real estate resource, whether you are looking for a
first home, making a move up, or selling a home.
My experience and educational background, along with
extensive sales experience in the past 20 years, have given
me valuable insight into the way I conduct my real estate
business. A professional approach is the one
thing my past business customers have always appreciated
about me and one that always yields positive results.
Technology, marketing, and management are my strengths and I
utilize them to benefit my clients. My strategy for
marketing a house takes advantage of all of these skills and
my execution of the strategy is second to none.
For fun and enjoyment (if you can call it that), my wife and
I have rehabbed two “fixer-uppers” and done almost all of
the work ourselves from demolition, electrical, plumbing,
and tiling to finish carpentry, landscaping, decks, windows,
concrete work, and flooring. These “hands-on” experiences
have given me significant insight into quality construction,
identifying minor imperfections, and major problems. I
continue to use my extensive residential housing knowledge
to the advantage of my clients.
